Cash in that Freedom Check

Don’t you just wish that one fine day you stumble across a pot of gold, or maybe hit the jackpot with a lottery ticket, or even get a huge inheritance from a long lost relative? The possibilities are endless and, quite frankly, very enticing. So what happens when you see an ad professing you could get as much as $114,287 by simply signing in? You obviously rush to do exactly what it tells you, because who doesn’t want free money. That is exactly how Freedom Checks has been advertised, free money ready to be cashed in by you. The brainchild of Matt Badiali, Freedom Checks are much more complex than free money. Signing up for a Freedom Check is signing you up for investment. We all instinctively know that there is no free lunch and the same is true for Freedom Checks.

To claim your share of the promised amount, like $27.5 million in the very first month, customers must first invest a certain amount of money. The profit in return will reflect the initial investment, meaning the higher the amount invested, the higher the payback. Again this is all very much in keeping with all our understanding of finance. Jumping into conclusions with regards to the idea of Freedom Checks is not very sound. It must be recognized for what it is, a private investment opportunity. The name does make it seem like it might be a government sanctioned program, or related to a part of the government, like Medicaid or the 401K, but far from it.

These investments are for the long run and require initial deposits before you could ever see any gain from them. Essentially the investment from Freedom Checks goes towards Master Limited Partnerships (MLPs). These are partnerships that are traded publically and since they are technically partnerships they able to avoid paying federal taxes so long as they pass the profits onto their shareholders. So these tax-free, high yielding investments are quite attractive, but they are not free, because they need a principal amount being invested, and secondly because such firms distribute most of their profits (to avoid federal taxes). This might sound nice but it also limits a firm’s ability to grow as reinvestment is only through additional shareholders and not through income reinvested.

Sheldon Lavin And A Sustainable Future for OSI

Because OSI has been a leader in innovation and technology in the food industry, Sheldon Lavin has announced a new sustainability commitment for the company. Over the past ten years, Lavin has pushed for research and development into new sustainable strategies and technologies through the company’s two large Culinary Innovation Centers. In 2017, OSI made a hierarchical change by incorporating a Chief Sustainability Officer to oversee this important aspect. As MacDonald’s (OSI’s original customer) has also made a strong commitment to sustainability in it’s supply chain, it is no surprise that Sheldon Lavin has also chosen this change for OSI.

And companies and governments around the world have noticed these efforts. MacDonald’s recognized four OSI subsidiaries as Best of Sustainable Supply, while California awarded another subsidiary with a California Green Business certification for it’s efforts in conservation and pollution reduction. The Scunthorpe plant in the UK received a Globe of Honour Award from the British Safety Council for 2013, 2015, and 2016. This prestigious award required a five star rating from an environmental audit as well as an excellent recommendation from an independent review of plant wide initiatives. NAMI, an organization that represents nearly all red meat and turkey manufactures in the United States, has awarded several facilities several different sustainability awards as well as awarding Sheldon Lavin an Edward C. Jones Community Service Award in 2016.

It would seem impossible for a company with over 20,000 employees worldwide to instill a common set of goals and beliefs in all of those plants and offices, and yet, somehow, Sheldon Lavin has done just that. During his long tenure as CEO, he has been able to create a family like culture that inspires loyalty and commitment in the employees from the production floor to the boardroom. Accordingly, that type of commitment, be it to employees or to new sustainability initiatives, shows in the number of awards and accolades OSI, it’s subsidiaries, and Sheldon Lavin has received.

The Customer Relations Of Paul Herdsman

Paul Herdsman is the founder and COO of a successful Jamaican-based customer service company. In the leadership of NICE Global, Paul focuses on customer retention, customer satisfaction, business development, marketing and sales, and human resources.

He is also an unusual employee relations-centric employer. Paul Herdsman and NICE are so good at this that the company has the highest employee retention rate on the island. He is very interested in team morale, staff retention, and staff expertise.

NICE is what is known as a nearshore company. This sort of company is recognized as being very beneficial for U.S. companies that are outsourcing to them. Being nearshore means that being just outside of the U.S. they can provide services at a more competitive rate, yet they are close enough to the states that the CEOs of the main companies can easily come to tour the facilities. See This Page for related information

Herdsman first founded NICE Global in 2014. Prior to that point, he had already gained a vast amount of experience and knowledge of the industry over many years. It was in the course of these years that he gradually came to see that his gift was in the area of customer service.

Paul Herdsman sought more and more ways to help customers until NICE Global was eventually born. The idea for it first came about in 2013 when he was exploring what was involved in outsourcing from various large companies. While that year he started doing outsourcing for companies throughout the world, he realized that it needed a definite company for a perfectly streamlined oversight.

Alex Hern: Staying Above the competition

Who doesn’t love a application that can allow you to view a home or car without ever leaving your living room? XR technology and companies like Tsunami XR are taking on this challenge and winning. They have cleverly emerged themselves in the market to be a front runner of various companies attempting to do the same thing. CEO and co-founder Alex Hern understands that there is natural appeal to XR and everyone wants it. Augmented and virtual reality has taken consumers by storm and businesses are lining up to give them what they want. Most don’t realize that XR technology is mainly or was mostly used by Gamers.

They make up a huge chunk of the user base which is now expanding out to big corporations looking to cash in. Hern and his business associates have relied on creating what’s called Tsunami Workplaces and Studios. It’s a mixture of helping companies communication in ways they could have never imagined years ago. Instead of putting an entire team on a plane to discuss business, these workplaces offer connectivity from their own central offices. In addition to that, Tsunami studios offers an excellent business tool of 3D animation, simulation and rendering.

As XR reaches the Health Sciences it will reveal many new exciting discoveries within the medical field. Hern’s company is also working with large energy corporations. They have assisted many employees with pneumatic drill components by utilizing what is called Microsoft Hololens HMD. When using the Tsunami 3D and VR modeling solutions, the entire journey can take roughly 15 minutes. Tsunami also leads in the XR SaaS world. The XR technology is popping up on various platforms. Hern knew this early on as he was very keen on looking at the transformation of CPU to GPU computing in the last few years.

The Development of OSI Industries

As a consumer, it is worth knowing the source of the processed meat you take from supermarkets or restaurants. Here, we will give a broader description of how food processing takes place at OSI Industries. The company started operating in 1990 as Otto and Sons. The organization began like a butchery in the neighborhood serving only Illinois. The company produces quality beef, pork, and chicken products. Today, the firm reaches out to the world with more than 60 facilities in over 20 countries. The urge to serve the world spearheaded the development of the firm in a market full of competition. As the competition stiffened, the company’s strategy was to reinforce the customer networking to increase sales.

OSI Industries provides affordable, customer-oriented, and consistent products. The firm is an empire of business created through the involvement of visionary leaders, like Sheldon Lavin. Lavin is an expert in financial management. As a visionary leader, Lavin got appointed as the chief executive officer. Before the appointment, the individual served in the downtown Chicago in a consultancy agency known as the Sheldon Lavin and Associate for over 15 years. Also, the firm runs under the leadership of David McDonald as president. Before becoming the president, McDonald served as the development manager. Under the able hands of the two leaders and the entire workforce, OSI Industries ranks among the top 100 American food processing companies.

In March 2018, OSI Industries completed its extension process by doubling the production capacity of chicken products to 24,000 tons annually. The improvement came across due to the fast-increasing market demand for chicken products in Spain and Portugal. This growth led to an increase in the overall production capacity of quality beef, chicken, and pork products to 45,000 tons periodically. Additionally, the development led to the rise in the number of work forces from the initial 140 to 160. In the 20 additional job opportunities is the product development manager. The core mission of the office is to take the lead in the current production and bring new products into the firm’s portfolio.

The willingness to serve the world got initiated by the introduction of the new workplace of more than 22, 600 square feet. In 2016, the company landed in North America by acquiring the Tyson Food Plant. OSI Industries took its services to the next level by purchasing the Flagship Europe and made it the major food distributor in the UK. Today, the firm has the controlling stake in Baho, which expands to Germany.

Jim Larkin and Michael Lacey Expose Corruption

Michael Lacy is the executive editor of the Village Voice Media newspaper. He was arrested along with Jim Larkin, the CEO of Village Media newspaper, for charges of disclosing details about a grand-jury investigation. This event took place a little over 10 years ago in Phoenix, Arizona. Read more: Michael Lacey | Crunchbase and Lacey and Larkin Speak Out on Trump Pardon of Arpaio | Phoenix New Times

The arrest was by the order of the sheriff in Maricopa County, Arizona, Joe Arpaio. On the day of their arrest, Michael and Jim had published a piece that was describing the probe of a grand jury in on of the publications of the Village Voice Media, the Phoenix New Times. The two men were unaware that the grand jury had also been investigating them.

There had been much coverage about Joe Apraio and his overly aggressive law enforcement tactics since 1992. His questionable orders against many inmates and women were brought up before by several publications. The infamous sheriff had been notified of what actions were legally admissible and which ones weren’t since he first took office. Learn more about Jim Larkin and Michael Lacey: and

The sheriff was advised by the United States District Judge that the detaining of immigrants due to suspicion wasn’t sufficient grounds for detainment. It was against the constitution to detain and hold a person without evidence.

These issues were addressed on multiple occasions before 2011 and were not made public. These issues were brought to light when a lawsuit was filed against Joe Arpaio about 10 years ago. The sheriff was charged with the violation of the rights of Latinos and other immigrant groups.

Joe Arpaio fought the charges and continued to work as he always did. He continued to encourage his employees to continue the racial profiling of Latinos and to send them over to the immigration services. His abuse of power continued until the people could no longer take it. There was eventually an outcry from the people that caught the attention of reporters.

This was when Michael Lacey and Jim Larkin began to expose the sheriff of Maricopa county to the American public. The two men wrote multiple pieces on the sheriff and his department and got into confrontation with him on several occasions. This is what eventually led to the arrest of the two men that worked for the Village Media newspaper. The arrests were only able to take place after the targeting by a special prosecution team that created the grand jury.

Many other newspapers were not reporting on the abuse of power of Joe Arpaio at the time that Jim and Lacey were releasing their stories. The reports on the arrests that were made by Joe kept piling up until it finally began to receive national coverage. The two original reporters were released from prison 24 days after their arrests.

They proceeded to file a suit against Joe Arpaio that exposed more information about his corruption and abuse of power. Jim Larkin and Michael Lacey won the suit and were able to settle for approximately $3.7 million.

History Repeats Itself: Adam Milstein Explains The Danger

Anyone who visits the concentration camps of Europe can’t help but walk away with an overwhelming sense of sadness and overwhelm, as Adam Milstein explains in his piece “Our view from Auschwitz: How tragedies of the past become lessons for the future” where he talks about the emotional experience of visiting the last places where many people persecuted by Adolf Hitler were subjected to tremendous cruelty, torture and even death at the hands of the Nazis.

Adam Milstein explains that it is tempting to look at these places as spaces where horrible historical atrocities occurred. It can be a little easier to visit Auschwitz and see it as a museum, where the worst of humanity played out in a tragic way that almost wiped out an entire people. We can’t possibly be like that anymore, right? Adam Milstein says that it is dangerous to visit the camps and see them as merely historic. They are reminders that this must never happen again, but also that anti-Semitism can and does rise up right under our noses.

Adam Milstein explains that the same kind of anti-Semitism that fueled the Nazi movement can rise up, even in the United States, because the Holocaust did not just happen. It was the product of years of anti-Semitism that culminated in one of the world’s worst genocides.

We have seen a tremendous rise in nationalism over the past several decades. This is not unique to the United States. Europe has seen an increase as well. This pattern is disturbingly familiar, not only to Adam Milstein but to many scholars who study the Holocaust and try to find patterns in why and how it all started. An upshoot in anti-Semitism, racism, and intolerance has been cropping up all around the world. Before World War Two, many Jewish people saw the danger coming and called out for help but their calls fell on deaf ears. Adam Milstein warns us against allowing that to happen again and quashing the nationalism and anti-Semitism that is happening now. He cautions that another Holocaust could happen again. It is a sobering truth.

Larkin & Lacey

What Arpaio Did

As the Sheriff of Maricopa County, he told the officers who were subordinate to him to pick out “illegal aliens.” Unfortunately, there is no sure-fire way to actually know, for sure, whether or not somebody has that status. So, his subordinates ended up going around, harassing anyone who had Hispanic-looking physiognomies.

That wasn’t the only crime he did, though. Arpaio also tried to silence any citizen who had an opposing opinion against him. Michael Lacey and Jim Larkin were two such people. In the summer of 2017, Lacey and Larkin were horrified to learn that Arpaio was set free of his racial profiling accusations by President Trump. They made sure to keep on top of the issue and publish as much about it as they could.

Lacey and Larkin had run into problems with Arpaio years earlier when he tried to wrongfully arrest them. Ever since that unjust event, they have been passionately exposing Arpaio’s abuse of power.

The Underlying Context of What Arpaio Did

When talking about what Arpaio did and why he should not have been pardoned, we must talk about American history and the diverse experiences of Americans.

Prior to the arrival of Columbus, the Americas were inhabited by native Amerindians. The natives were the majority. Eventually, Europeans arrived in the America’s en masse. The American Indians died off in large numbers and were pushed off their lands.  Read more: Jim Larkin | LinkedIn and Jim Larkin |

Descendants of Europeans created a political entity—America–where they were the majority. So, America was a place where most of the people were white and orientated with Christianity. In order to fit in and have the most social mobility and value in society, it helped to appear white and Christian.

The demographics stayed mostly white and Christian until the middle of the 20th century, when the Immigration and Naturalization Act of 1965 was passed. Also, in the 1960s, centuries of social justice efforts culminated into new considerations about the civil rights of minorities.

As a result of the change in thought concerning racial minorities and immigration, non-white people of various religions poured into the country at an unprecedented rate. Many non-white immigrants were fleeing violent conditions in their countries that could actually be traced back to American political interests.

So, for decades, non-white people—or at least people who are not considered to be “white” in the traditional American sense, have been flooding the United States. Even though non-whites have a larger presence than ever, they are still subjected to prejudice, exclusion and racism. Learn more about Michael Lacey and Jim Larkin: and

Society still thinks of them as “others,” and individuals are classified by race before individuality—which is very condescending. This is why people like Sheriff Arpaio think that anyone with black hair, brown skin and Amerindian features is an “illegal alien.”

What Arpaio Should Have Done

Arpaio should have understood that each human being is unique, and not every person of a given ethnic group is “illegal.” Also, he should have understood that there has been a long, rich history of Hispanic people residing in the United States of America.
